Buhoma Community Rest Camp

Buhoma Community Rest Camp is majorly a midrange accommodation center but it also offers affordable lodging for travelers on a budget.

Lodging is offered in six (6) self-contained safari tents, three (3) self-contained cottages and two (2) non-self-contained twin cottages.

The accommodation centers are built in African architectural style and they dissolve in the gorgeousness of the park.

Lake Kitandara Bwindi Camp

The lodge offers comfort at the midrange level without compromising the environment.

Its architecture involves traditionally sourced materials. The accommodation center has twenty (20) self-contained tents which offer great comfort to their guests.

All tents feature comfortable beds, solar energy that is available for all hours of the day, en-suite washrooms with hot and cold showers and elegant furniture.

Buhoma Lodge

This lodge can be found inside the park with ten (10) relaxed cottages that have private verandahs from which guests can enjoy vistas of the park especially the Buhoma sector which is home to the Mubare, Rushegura and Habinyanja mountain gorilla families.

Guests will find facilities like a comfy bed, en-suite bathroom facilities which feature hot and cold showers and a bath tub for some rooms.

Lodges in Kibale national park Uganda

Kibale Safari Lodge

Kibale Safari Lodge is located on the way to Bigodi in Kanyanchu.

Guest accommodation is offered in two (2) rooms on the main lodge building and five (5) other private luxury cottages which are well furnished and comfortable.

The cottages have private toilets and showers with both cold and hot water.

Meals and drinks are served in the onsite restaurant and the well-stocked bar.

Nyinabulitwa Resort and Safari Camp

Nyinabulitwa Resort and Safari Camp is located approximately 20kms outside Fort Portal Town and serves as a sleepover point for travelers on Safaris to the western National Parks of Murchison Falls National Park, Rwenzori Mountains, Semuliki National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and the coveted Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Primate Lodge

Primate Lodge presents luxury and comfort to its guests in eco-friendly accommodation units.

The Lodge is located deep in Kibale National Park and is therefore very close to where most of the park’s tourist activities start from.

Check-in time is at 2:00pm and the checkout time is 10:00am.

Visitor accommodation units include eight (8) superior safari tents; seven (7) ultimate forest cottages; a well maintained camping area and the sky tree house.

Mgahinga National Park Uganda

Kisoro Tourist Hotel

This is a budget range hotel which offers pleasant and comfortable accommodation.

The rooms feature a fireplace each, internet and cable TV, fans, en-suite toilets with hot and cold water for a fine shower in this chilly area of the country.

The hotel has a well-stocked bar and an onsite restaurant which serves delicious meals.

Conference facilities are also offered at the hotel but require timely booking before they can be availed. The hotel has a tour/travel desk, an art and crafts shop

Kisoro Travelers’ Rest Hotel

Situated about 14km from Mgahinga Gorilla National Park the hotel can be found in the district and town of Kisoro.

The hotel rooms range from single, twin, double, triple and a suite which all include en-suite washrooms that contain hot and cold piped water.

In the lounge area, tourists can warm up at the fireplace and can also enjoy free Wi-Fi internet.

Hotels We Use in Bunyonyi Birdnest at Bunyonyi Resort

This resort is located just near Lake Bunyonyi in southwestern Uganda and just a few kilometers from the boarders of Tanzania, Congo DR and Rwanda.

For tourists who like to travel with their babies, babysitting services are available at the lodge from 8am – 9pm.

The resorts’ rooms are cleaned and serviced daily as part of the room rates.

Hotels in Kidepo Apoka Safari lodge

Apoka Safari lodge is situated twelve (12) hours northeast of Kampala, Uganda’s Capital City in the heart of Kidepo Valley National Park.

The lodge is creatively mounted on a rocky outcrop making a 24 hour picturesque surveillance of the Narus Valley.

The lodge is the only luxury/upmarket lodge offering accommodation in its ten (10) huge rooms (4 twin sleeping 2-4 each & 6 double sleeping 2 each) with total capacity ranging from 20 to 28 depending on the rooming

Apoka Tented camp

Like Apoka Safari Lodge, this rest camp is close to the park’s headquarters and is a starting point for some of the birding safaris in Kidepo Valley National Park.

accommodation is offered in fourteen (14) bandas which have two (2) beds each and two (2) camping areas where tourists are free to erect their tents.Toilets are located just outside the bandas.
